Strange pain lower right side

Hello,

I am 24 year old male, I have strange pain in lower right side just about where the rib ends, I can't understand if it's under rib or not, but I guess it's outside.

Pain is mostly noticable when I wake up in the morning(already in the bed) and when I start to sit, it gets better when I start to walk or when I hold correct posture.

Most strangely things about this pain are:
1. When I do physical exercises it eases the pain and as more pressure I put on my body(stretching, running, putting pressure on muscles) as better it gets and in time of hard trainings, pain dissapears at all :S

2. Another thing I noticed is that with a little mild massage of fingers I can move the location of pain around and even get period of time when I move it as far that it starts to hurt in back, but, if I stop it returns back to default position, wich is also a bit hard to locate. (I can press on muscles it doesn't hurt worse)

May be these things explain something:
* I work as a programmer, have to sit a lot
* I am verry well physically trained and countinue to do it.
* Until now haven't had any serious medical problems
* Pain countinues to be present about a month

As I wrote previously, it is going on aproximately for one month.

No I as much as I know I am healthy and everything is OK,

it's just that with time as the pain doesn't dissapear, it gets annoying and I am a bit afraid that it could be sign of something much more serious.
