Swelling of Legs, shortness of breath

I was recently hopsitalized for intraabdominal bleeding, unknown origin.  Hemoglobin levels got down to 9.7 but stablized at 10.5 when I was released.  Last blood count is 11.8.  I have seen my GP, who's done EKG - normal, X-ray (as I"m experiencing low back pain on the right side),  I had catscans done at the hopsital that confirmed the blood in my stomach, scan was done of my Chest - Normal.

I'm scheduled to see the surgeon for follow up, I wasn't operated on, but we still don't know what caused the bleeding now I"m expeirencing these other sypmtoms.

Since the trauma of the abdominal bleeding that started (12/27/09)  I was hopsitalized 12/28-12/30, and released, but started having some shortness of breath...or heaviness in the chest  and now the swelling in the legs that started yesterday....

I just really need to find some resolution to this, and I'm not getting any answers from any fo the Physicians at this point and need to see if I need to find someone new who can help me find an answer.

Additionally, I"m a realtively healthy 33yr White Female, I worked out at least 5x a week prior to this.  With relatively minimal health issues.  The only medicine I'm taking is a thyroid medicine after some issues this summer they found this out of whack.  Otherwise I take no other meds.
