TINY RED SPOTS

I JUST NOTICED THAT MY 9 MONTH DAUGHTER HAS THESE TINY RED SPOTS ALL OVER HER FACE AND A LITTLE ON HER ARMS. THIS IS MY 1ST CHILD AND I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS IS AND IF I SHOULD BE WORRIED? I DON'T THINK ITS CHICKENPOX BECAUSE SHE IS UP TO DATE WITH ALL OF HER SHOTS. SHE JUST HAD HER CHECK UP YESTERDAY AND HER DOCTOR SAID THAT SHE IS GROWING NICELY AND THAT SHE IS A HEALTHY LITTLE GIRL. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THIS IS PLEASE.

It could be a heat rash. Babies tend to get it during the summer months. Both of my kids did too... Otherwise you could have it looked at, It could also be rosacia. You can use cortizone cream on it.
