Temporary Blindness/Faint

I have a very close friends who refuses to seek a doctors help, but I'm very worried about her. Recently (usually after a night involving alcohol) she'll wake up very early and begin to feel dizzy and proceed to be temporarily blind for a few minutes. This has happened to her 2 times before. She drinks most weekends and is a very unhealthy eater, and is extremely thin despite a very greasy diet. Any information about what might be wrong with her would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Your friend is on a death trip. As gymdandee suggested, she needs to stop drinking and see a medical doctor. Tell her that there are worse things then dying.  If she doesn't get her act in order she could end up a blind quadraplegic.
