Tingling in my body?

Hello I am a 38 year old male, I had in incident where I suddenly began to feel a little woozy like I were going to faint, following that I began to feel a tingling sensation in my upper boddy, arms and chest that went on for about 30 min I began walking and ate something. Then it started to fade away but I started to feel a headache finaly I was left feeling a little disoriented like I had just fainted or something but I didnt.

I just want to know what this is asociated with is it something I should be worried about or not, It concerns me that it went on for so long. Please help

could of been a panic attack

I would say definitely make an appt to see your doctor ASAP. It could be nothing, or something as easy as stress or vertigo but the symptoms could indicate something a lot more serious. Please see your doc
