I have been into long running for a long time. In the past year I have grown more tired. My last physical looked good. However I had a testical removed when I was 15. I am 51 and saw an ad for tired people who may have low testosterone levels. Is that reasonable to look into? Or should I look into my Vitamin B levels, or both. I am grumpy and tired.
