Tons of crazy symptoms - Help!

I don't even know where to post this. So, I apologize if this isn't correct. I'm concerned because I've been having some crazy symptoms. I don't have any insurance and I don't see a Doctor on a regular basis. (I think this is the case for too many people these days, hence the popularity of websites such as this one)

So, I'll list my symptoms and hopefully someone can help me narrow it down so I can save up and see the right kind of Doctor. Oh, I'm a 28 year old female with 3 children. 2 were delivered via c-section and I had a tubal ligation 4 years ago.

The most recent and disturbing symptom is the constant random sharp pains all over my body. Here is a little log that I made for a couple of hours to give you an idea of the frequency of it. I can't even log them properly because they happen so often. I'd always be writing it down somewhere.

4/9/11

8:30pm - sharp pain in left elbow
8:37pm - sharp pain in right index finger
8:41pm - sharp pain in right upper arm and sharp pain in upper back / index finger pain continues.
8:42pm - sharp pain in left wrist
8:55pm - sharp pain in upper/outer right thigh and pain in upper left arm (under)
8:57pm - sharp pain on inner left ankle
9:09pm - sharp pain under ribs on left side, pain in left upper arm
9:17pm - sharp pain in left palm
9:53pm - sharp pain in upper right chest below collarbone
9:55pm - sharp pain in right jaw
10:00pm - sharp pain in right shoulder blade
10:13pm - sharp pulsating pain in right side of head, behind and above ear
10:56pm - sharp pain in left side of chest and sharp pain in right outer calf
11:00pm - sp in ribs under left arm
11:03pm - sp in back of left calf
11:14pm - pain in right middle finger on the tip. felt like being stabbed with a needle

I'm a little worried that a doctor might tell me that I'm just imagining this. I'm definitely not. It's very real and very painful. Another symptom is my back pain. It's pretty severe for someone my age. I work as a graphic designer which requires me to be using my laptop all the time. From the time I start working, it takes about 5 minutes for me to develop severe pain in my upper back (concentrated between my shoulder blades). When I go to bed at night, when I wake up in the morning or if I stand for more than 5 minutes, I have absolutely excruciating pain in my lower back. It actually feels like I'm in labor, sometimes worse. When I wake up, I'm afraid to stand because of the lower back pain. It's like my back has been broken. Back to my shoulders, when I move them, even just a little, they crunch and grind and make horrible noises. It feels like bone on bone.

This symptom is also very strange but I've had this for years now:

When I stand up from a sitting position (no matter how slowly or quickly I stand) I get this sensation like my legs are going numb, they get kinda achy and they feel like they're being inflated. Along with that, my head will also feel like it's being inflated. I can't say that I black out but it's almost like I go blind for about 10 seconds. I also feel like if I don't sit as soon as possible, I'm going to fall over. I also have random weakness in different parts of my body. Sometimes I can't grip a bottle cap or a jar and if I can, I don't have the strength to actually open it. The final symptom is waves of sleepiness. I'll suddenly feel like I've been drugged.

I know this is a lot to read and I apologize for it but hopefully someone can help me out. Thanks so much!

I have all the same symptoms but I also twitch/spasm while awake and get excruciating pain in my head at the same time. It last for a few seconds to five minutes annals I feel as if I am dying from it. I have actually tried to run away from my own head. I also am a mother of two and 23 yrs old. It all started back in November of '13 with my hair falling out or breaking off at certain points. I have and are continuing to notice stationary darker veins developing in my left arm and hand and some are now growing in other parts of my body. When I get out of a hot shower they are quite blue where as my normal veins don't appear any different. I don't know what is wrong either and the er had no idea why I have three good size bulges on my skull. Do you have any similar syptoms?

Yeah, I know what you mean.  Mine used to set in like that too.  You feel like you're being drugged, like I'd be wide awake doing something then all of a sudden I'm instantly falling asleep and can't keep my eyes open.  Once I had to tell my mom to take my son because I couldn't stay awake (in the middle of the day!).  I'm not saying yours is from fatigue though, it's probably related to everything else happening.  Check to see if there is a program where you live that you can go to the doctor for a small co-pay or something.  I know there's one here like that, my husband used to be on it.  It was like 17$ a month or something like that.  Good luck though!!!!

I'd say it could be just normal fatigue if it didn't actually feel like I'm being drugged lol It's crazy. It's like I'm suddenly unable to stay awake. I'm going to try and figure out a way to get in to see a doctor because it's just been happening so much lately that it can't possibly be normal. I also think it could be nerves. One thing I forgot to mention is that my mother has a Cavernous Angioma of the left temporal lobe. They don't know yet if it's familial so I'm kinda in the dark.

maybe your back pain is caused by bad posture? As for the sitting then standing and going blind, samething happens to me alllll the time but i dont know what causes it. One time a friend and i were talking about it and she has the same problem. Her doctor said it was because she had bad circulation in her legs. Any ways i hope you get your answers!

The waves of sleepiness I get sometimes, just all of a sudden you feel drugged and can't keep your eyes open.  I'm a mother of 2, age 24, and I think it might have something to do with parenting, because nothing else is wrong with me that I suspect.  But all your other symptoms are just crazy!  I really think you should find a program that helps with a co-pay or something so you can see a doctor!  Some symptoms sound like a nerve problem (sometimes your nerves can be over active and send signals that are not needed ie: the sharp pains)  But that all might come from your back pain too...what is your diet like?  Some symptoms also sound like high blood pressure (ie: head feels like it's floating, feel like your blacking out, but fully aware of it) Have you tried anything to help with these things???

And I forgot to add a symptom (as hard as it is to believe).

I know most people have the issue of waking with a start because they suddenly feel like they're falling but, my problem is quite different.

For some time now, I've been woken up multiple times at night by an extremity violently jerking. Like, my leg will move so forcefully that I wake up and think that someone actually picked it up and threw it down. One time, it was my whole body and it didn't feel like the typical "falling" sensation. I noticed that sometimes, I can actually "feel" it coming on. It's like I get a feeling through my whole body that I can't describe and then it happens and I wake up.
