Trouble Focusing?

Lately I have noticed that at night I have been having trouble focusing. It seems that I get a headache and then squint a lot to try to focus. (I wear glasses/contacts and the prescription is current. So I don't think that has anything to do with it.) I am not sure what is going on, but it is starting to affect my daily life. What is going on? Btw, I am 24 years old. I am a female and have no other health issues besides this one. Also, it seems as though this problem has started to occur more often now.

What part of "You need an opthamological evaluation by an M.D." isn't exactly clear? That's an opthamologist. Not an optometrist at an eyeglass store. Your eyes are too precious to fool around with. I can think of a few possibilities, some serious, some not so serious, but my gut feeling is this isn't something that bad. But that investment in an appointment will be the best investment you ever made.
