Tube Partially Open

Hi, I just had an HSG test done and after having my tubes tied since 202, my right tube is partially open and they say my endometrium cavity is in excellent shape. I had a miscarriage in November 2010, had no idea I could get pregnant again. I do want another child because I regret getting the tubal ligation. What are my chances with a shorter partially opened right tube of having a successful pregnancy? I'm wondering do I still need to have a tubal reversal. i'm waiting to hear from my doctor. Any positive comments only, I know the negative?

It has happened b4. If I could give you advice phone Dr. Stephan Volschenk at Vitalab i n Johannesburg. He is absolutely the best.  After my tube reversal I had absolutely 0% chance of pregnancy.
