Undiagnosed symptoms

Hi,
I am a 21 year old female and have been suffering with on and off again symptoms. The most common are, continuous nausea before, during and  after eating is when its at its worse. headaches, dry sore throat. Body stiffness especially in the joint areas, neck, shoulder, hips, ankles, the pain goes from mild to intense stiffness. I also have this constant feeling of "fogginess" in my head and it comes with pressure (it sits at the top of my head) it makes it hard to concentrate and think clearly, I find myself running over words. forgetting words, having a hard time reading clearly or getting my point across. my thought process seems slow and jumbled up.I have chest pain and sometimes i find it hard to breath. And I feel anxious and unmotivated.
Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't seen the doctor yet. Thanks for your suggestion I will look into it.

Do you think it could be depression? I had similar physical symptoms, like joint pain and headaches, trouble sleeping and the forgetfulness. The anxiety and feeling unmotivated go hand in hand with depression as well. Most people who are diagnosed with one are diagnosed with the other.

Also have you been to see your doc about it? And how long have have symptoms been going on?
