Unexplained seizures.

Unexplained seizures.

hey,

I don't know how to explain this. I should probably mention that i was a drug addict in my younger teen years. I abused everything from household duster chemicals to speed, ecstasy and acid. This is where the seizures started, i think. I can't say how long they've been going on for, or how often they happen because they happen when im asleep and i have no memory of it happening. I've know for a little less than a year...i found out when my boyfriend started sleeping over a lot. One night i was just sleeping in our bed while he was on the computer and when i woke up he was holding me crying. I was freaked out and then he asked me why i didn't tell him i had epilepsy and i was like "wtf? what are you talking about, whats your problem?". Anyways, we talked about it and i explained that i'd had seizures when i od'd on pills a few times and on inhalants, so i thought maybe it was just from the drug use and that eventually it would go away. Well...it didn't and i dont have epilepsy, i was tested when i was small, so i dont know why its still going on, but it scares me, because ive had some really terrible ones...but i didnt want to go to the doctor because i was embarrassed about the drug use. Anyways...it makes no sense and i want to know if it could still be aftermath symptoms from all the drugs i used.

It is quite possible these could be due to the drugs still.  It takes a long time for things like that to get out of the system. I have heard somewhere that a little of them is always with a person even when they do not take them anymore, but as to how true that is, I just don't know.
