VERTIGO...Rocking back and forth sensation like tilting forward then backwards?!

Hi, I've had the strangest Vertigo for 5 weeks now, but it is like rocking back and forth, tilting forward/backwards, literally EVERY MINUTE every day, including nights, and even when I close my eyes in a dark room, the sensation that I'm being rocked back and forth is still there. It is truly exhausting and scary.

  Has anyone ever had this type of vertigo? It's a mystery to my neurologist and Ent doctors. Please, Please help me, thank you!!!!

Vertigo is not fun.  I use products called Nutrimedicals.  They're a little pricey but you should be able to write them off on your taxes for health.  My vertigo was getting as bad as yours.  I use more of a naturopathic approach.  The Nutrimedical protocol for vertigo is:

Low or high vitB12 can cause these issues.

Check your levels.  My friend has this and she has low vit b 12 and a MTHFR gene mutation that is causing these problems.

I had the same thing.  Felt like I was in a swaying ship.  And felt so weak I felt I would drop to my knees or just faint at times.  My vit B12 was low
