Waking too early in the morning

Waking too early in the morning

Hi, am a mother of 2. I'm 33 years old this year. My girl is 6 years old and my boy is 2 years +.  I am sleeping with my boy everyday.  Here is my question, my son's sleeping pattern is quite bad, he moves a lot and always come to my side, so a few times in a night, I would wake up and bring him back to his place. However, there were a few occassions where I have difficulty falling back to sleep after waking up at about 4.30am or sometimes about 5am,.... Can I know why?  And recently I told my problem to one of the chinese doctors, he said waking up after 5am is ok but not 4am + coz that's the time our lungs are in the cleansing process.  So, his opinion was if I wake up at this hour means I have some lungs problem.  Is it true?    I wouldn't wake up by myself. Normally I was awoken by my son, then I would go and ease myself and when I return to my bed again, I couln't fall asleep.... This chinese doctor's opinion is making me worried and once I awoke, I would think of his words and that making me even more harder to fall asleep.  Please help me. thanks.

As this is causing you to worry ask another Doctors opinion, What time do you go to bed if it is early perhaps you have had enough sleep by 4-5am so go to sleep an hour or two later and see what happens, I havent heard of the Lung cleansing but who knows. Good Luck
