Wasp sting

Wasp sting

I was stung five days ago by a hornet.  One bite was over my right eyebrow and the other beside the right ear.  I iced them at the time.  Both sights have developed a small tender bump.  I don't seem to have any other  symptoms.  I had a slight headach for a few hours after the bites but nothing sense.  Should I be concerned?

Those stings hurt! At this point you only have to worry about infection.

Clean the wound and put on bacitracin. You might want to make a paste of accent (monosodium glutamate) and flour, which relieves the sting.

Be careful about the next sting. Sometimes the body becomes super-sensitive and a second sting may cause a severe reaction.
