Weird symptoms, 3 different answers so far..plz help!

Ok so i will try to go into good detail here about my condition and symptoms.

I'm 29 years old make 6 foot 2 and weigh 180 lbs and in generally good shape. In the past year or so i began randomly developing these odd symptoms that are sometimes random but at times always follow certain things.

The episodes begin as what feels like a palpitation or fluttering of the heart which then progresses into a nervous feeling and begins a noticeable and rapid heart beat. In bad episodes this sometimes progresses to a resting heart rate of up to 170 and high blood pressure  dizziness and somewhat blurry vision. Along with this I also lose the ability to think well and naturally begin to breathe heavily and rapid.

This happens at random times...watching movies..sitting on the couch etc...but will ALWAYS HAPPEN if i exercise, run, or drink caffiene. Lately they have been occurring when I get slightly nervous for example a school test or introducing myself. But again they  sometimes randomly happen when I'm being lazy not stressed and even during fun activities when I'm happy.

On my trip to the ER they said they were 99 percent sure it was panic attacks...my primary physician at the same hospital said I habe overactive sympathetic nervous system and prescribed me beta blocker propanolol( which I haven't taken since my resting heart rate is generally 50 to 55).

After also talking to a specialist in medicines and herbal healing they said its for sure adrenal fatigue 100%

So now I'm here with 3 different things that it could be...zero solutions at all and the attacks seem to only be getting more common and close together.

Tests done by my doctor include complete blood panel lab including all thyroid tests, chest cavity x ray and 24 hour heart monitor with no answers.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks guys.

Being low in vitamins and minerals cause cause anxiety and panic attacks.

Stress depletes vitamins and minerals in your body.

Stress makes your adrenals work harder.

Vitamins and minerals are needed to fix adrenals.

You need a doctor who can help slowly build adrenals back up. They'll tell you the vitamins and minerals you need.

Magnesium can help with your heart palpitations and anxiety.

Coconut water and other potassium foods/drinks are needed along with sodium (Celtic Grey Salt is good) to Maintain the electrolyte balance in your body's cells

1 Liter water
1 – 1/2 tsp Celtic Salt
juice of 1 lemon
honey to taste
= natural, homemade Gatorade
