What am I sick with
I was about to go to sleep when I was having pain and felt like I needed to go to the bathroom I was on my period thought that was the reason woke up many times. The next morning my throat hurt I was achie all over was hard to walk because I was so dizzy and had a temp of 102-101 and I had spin in my chest later on in the day. The next day woke up fine except throat still hurt and I have white lie bump type things all over my tongue. A lot peeld off when I brushed my teeth a crossed them, but a couple still remain

Hmm, it could still be caused by dryness or it could be related to a yeast infection, which are both common.
The only other possibility I can think of is due to friction & lack of lubrication when having sex.

White bumps on tongue & peeling when brushing, indicates it might not be oral thrush (the most common cause of white bumps on tongue), but more likely due to excessive mouth dryness.
In oral thrush (which is caused by yeast/fungus) the white bumps are not easy to get rid off.
Make sure you are always well hydrated by drinking ample spring water,
1 hour away from meals.
It sounds you might have a viral sore throat caused by the flu virus.
The good news is that your symptoms are improving.
Just get lots of rest and don't forget to take plenty of fluids!
