What are these very tiny white clumps in my urine?

I have very small white clumps in urine after urinating but my recent urine test has come back negative for any infections. I have symptoms of a kidney infection plus some other symptoms such as weird vision changes and fatigue. I have noticed these along with burning, and under close examination under my personal microscope they appear to be white and crystal shaped, but are soft and sticky when handled, also 'crumble' easily when applying pressure. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
