What causes low and right back pains?

I'm 13 and I'm having backpains for about 30 hours already, at first it was like my back feels heavy at the lower middle part and then recently I have felt some pain at the right side also. The pain can be felt whenever I moved slightly and for comfort it seems like it wanted some stretch or bending and laying down. I'm not sure if it was caused by my sleeping positions, exercise, or whatever. What could it be and what caused it?

Hey! Silly question from me, but I'm new here. Are you a girl? If so, have you had a regular period /menstrual cycle before? I know I would experience severe cramps, even in my back, that sometimes could only be endured. Heat helped,  sort of.  I'm just thinking where you don't know of a cause for the pain.... It might be worth considering.
Good luck!!!

Hello, you could have some pulled muscles. I would have your folks take you to a chiropractor, I have been going to one for ages, they will be able to help you and possibly relieve the pain.

It sounds like a possible pulled muscle. Exercise can cause muscle pain, and so can other things.
Have you tried ice and heat to see if that helps? It's best to alternate between the two.
The pain might also be a vertebra out of place. If that's the case a chiropractor might be able to help you.
Tell your parents what's going on, keep an eye on things, try the ice and heat, and if the pain doesn't go away in a couple of days I recommend you see your Dr.
