What its wrong??

Yesterday I took Tramadol Hcl 50 mg and Ciprofloxacin 500 mg.to treat  a UTI. My first doses I took around 5:00pm. and around 10 I was driving and I started feeling very dizzy, shaking, fainting feeling and also I felt tingling on my legs and arms. After that I've been feeling sick and nauseated. Could it be cause of the medicine?

My sugar dropped to 28. I felt so sick. Fortunally my step mom took my blood sugar and gave me hot chocolate very sweet then it went up to 92. I went back to the doctor and they change my medication. But after feeling so sick Im afraid to take anything else.

I hope you are feeling better!  One time I took Tramadol and it dropped my blood sugar to 50!  I felt exactly the same way you are describing, I would drink some orange juice slowly and if that doesnt help in about 1 hour go to the ER

I had taken Tramadol 4 months ago and it did the same thing to me.  It also spike anxiety that hasn't gone away yet.  Look it up online.  Scary stuff.  I will not take it again!!  I hope you feel better!!  Good luck.

Yes, in particular the Cipro.  I would recommend notifying your physician BEFORE taking another dose.
