What specialist would you see?

3 years ago I fell down the stairs fracturing my cheekbone and the bone under my eye.
I had 2 surgeons fix it. A plastic surgeon and an ENT. I also saw a neurologist because I had a level 3 concussion as well.
Soon after surgery, I had the plastic surgeon remove the lacrimal duct stent because it was irritating my eye. Shortly thereafter, I noticed air would come out the corner of my eye when I would blow my nose. My ENT said it was 'normal' (funny, it never happened before).
Last year, I started experiencing dental pain-cold/sweet sensitivity. I went to the dentist and after multiple x-rays, she referred me to an endodontist. More testing there and the determination was the pain is related to my accident never injury coupled with my low sinus floor.
The cold sensitivity started again last week along with a stuffy nose. So I am thinking 'sinus issue causing the false nerve pain again'.
Then 2 nights ago, I blew my nose...air and pain shot through the side of my face (along the cheekbone). Again, thinking sinus, I went to a walk-in clinic. They gave me a steroid shot and antibiotics. Still in incredible pain, I thought I should have the dental stuff looked at again, just in case. More x-rays (including a panorama) and a numbing injection to the 'suspected' tooth revealed the most likely culprit is the accident.
So the screws could be loosening; there could be air trapped in my cheek; or my face is about to fall off.

Physician options:
Plastic surgeon
Neurosurgeon
Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon
ENT (I would NOT be going back to the same one cuz he was a jerk)

With which specialty do you think I would get the best results?

I pesonally would go to an Maxillofacial Surgeon.  In fact, I am surprised that one wasn't consulted originally.  Good Luck

You are correct but an ent might be your best bet because you are dealing with the sinuses and the floor witch you have to be careful with.  Good luck too you keep me posted with whatever you decide.

Oh he definitely was the wrong one! Maybe an okay surgeon, but the worst bedside manner of anyone I have ever seen! AND, I paid CASH out of pocket before the surgery and all my visits. He took the whole air coming out of my eye issue so nonchalantly. I know it happens to nearly every one 'on occasion' but this happens to me EVERY TIME. I know I have deep sinuses as the floor falls in between my teeth to the edge. Right now, I am again uninsured until the end of December. Looking to get diagnosed and have a plan (perhaps some pain management and home remedies until insurance will cover).
Bottom line is: I'm not so sure an ENT can adequately cover the issues and think in retrospect, I should have had an oral maxillofacial surgeon to begin with.

I work for an ENT and you might have seen the wrong one but definately sounds like sinus problems and problems due to injury to the sinus floor and fracture. I suggest another ENT
