What's wrong with my boyfriend? :(

What do these symptoms mean?
Little_One1991
So my boyfriend is 61, and I have noticed-not only have I noticed, but he's told me that he has been feeling very weak, he's been very fatigued can barely get out of bed, and one day, we were taking a walk and he said his chest hurt.  I instantly thought oh my God a stroke but,   he has none of the other symptoms,  basically the symptoms are: tired all the time, he gets sweaty, he is really cold, and he can't get out of bed because he has no energy,  and today he went to the bank and he passed out, he completely passed out and fell to the ground, he has no appetite. He also said he's been a little lightheaded.  But he has not eaten in five days now I am trying to force him to eat and he just won't do it ,  can you tell me what this is please I'm so worried about him ?

Several conditions could cause these problems. You should certainly consider a problem with the heart. Or it could be a vasovagal problem which can cause dizziness and fainting. The fact that he is not eating should be of concern. He may have several medical conditions operating simultaneously. He should most certainly have a thorough evaluation by a very good internist. When he goes to the doctor he should be accompanied by someone who is a good listener and has a good memory. It would be a good idea to take pencil and paper so you can take notes while the doctor talks to you. Also, be ready to ask specific questions.

I'd be more worried about his heart than a stroke.  See if you can get him to a doctor to have his heart checked.
