Why am I TWITCHING?!!?!?!

OK I'm 27. So it started last month with twitches in my left shoulder for a week. It went away for like 6 days. Now I keep having random twitches in my left forearm . I can't sleep cause of it either. Doc said blood test was good, no weakness. And I don't drink caffiene. I eat healthy and lift weights. What the hell is going on? Why is my forearm now twitching?

Muscle twitching can be from low magnesium

You could be low on Magnesium.  Twitches or cramps can be caused by lack of Magnesium.  I take Magnesium oxide 400 one in the a.m. and one in the p.m. daily.  The only side effect from too much Magnesium is loose stool so if you have that problem just lower your dosage.  Hope this helps.  Best of luck.

Might be low B12.  Also take magnesium as it helps with anxiety.

Hello~I would be willing to say you have pinched nerves in your upper back, and when this happens you will definitely have "twitching" I suggest seeing a chiropractor, after a reviewing a few x-rays that they will take, they will be able to tell where the issue is originating from.
