Why are there small bumps on my hands?

I woke up this morning to these small bumps on the tops of my hands. I'm not sure if this is something I should be concerned about, but I'm not the most healthy right now. I was just at California for a while in the sunny weather. I live in Washington where it's cold and I can't take any sunny weather. I had to suffer through the heat with little drinking opportunities and never feeling thirsty nor hungry. On my flight back, I felt really sick and my nose was running. I had a soar throat the day before. Some of this information could have nothing to do with it, but I'm not sure what caused this. Here's a link to a picture. https://imgur.com/VkhqBhG
