Mt answer is dependent on your resources. If you have drug coverage you should ask your doctor about a product called Lunesta (Eszopiclone) which is available in the U.S. if you live elsewhere then Google "eszopiclone" to see if it goes under another name where you live. This sleep aid is designed for those that cannot stay asleep as opposed to a different sleep called Ambien (Zolpidem) in the U.S. which is used for those that cannot fall asleep without great difficulty but are able to stay asleep once started.
Now, if your resources are limited I would ask a pharmacist for a quality amino acid capsule or tablet called L-tryptophan (usually 500mg) which is to be taken on an empty stomach about a half hour before you would like to sleep. It is a safe amino acid that sets forth a number of natural chemicals the brain needs to get into normal sleep cycles.
PS-- It may be difficult to find L-trytophan in some areas as a few years back someone released compromised product causing some to pull ALL of it off the market. That is in part why I suggest that you ask a pharmacist for a quality brand or if he can get it for you. It should be relatively inexpensive in most cases.
Best of luck.

Hi there,
Have you ever tried Melatonin 3g. It is natural and you can get it at the pharmacy. It's good for children and adults. It is mild. My son and husband both use it when they need it. Hope this helps. Take care.
