Why do I have these weird .... Random .. almost passing out episodes?

Hello . Everyone! My name is Ashley Murphy and I am 23 years old! I have mild Ataxic Cerebral Palsy, Mild Depression, Anxiety (especially performance/test and social anxiety)  as well as Sensory Processing Disorder. I am a pretty healthy person, healthy weight and all. However ,several years ago in high school, I started having these really weird episodes where I would get overheated/sweaty, shaky and feel nausea, I would sometimes have a headache after and feel the sudden urge to urinate. I am very annoyed with these episodes and kind of scared as well. I've been told I look as if I may pass out when I have them . Any ideas of what it can be ? I get these probably no less than 10 days before my period comes to visit. During my period's visit sometimes I have em and sometimes I don't. Sometimes i have only a few episodes. some days I may have 5 .  It's not my blood sugar as I monitor that regularly and it is normal to even "low" sometimes
