Yeast Infection is Back!! Help!!

I dont know if anyone can help me or give me some suggestions, but back in December I had a yeast infection and the doctor prescribed me terconazole vaginal cream...before she had always given me the diflucan pill and it went away right away. however, this time she gave me the cream and i used it for the 7days like she said and didnt have sex w my bf at all. after the 7th day of using the terconazole cream my bf and i had sex w a condom. the next few days it felt a lil irritated, but i thought it was maybe due to the sex. i then noticed a slight discharge, but thought nothing of it cus it looked like normal discharge...so i thought. now, its january and i believe the yeast infection is BACK! My doctor gave me 2 refills for the medicine she already gave me, but i dont wanna use that again. Do you all think what she prescribed didnt get rid of it or do you think that by me having sex the day after i finished my prescription irritated my vagina and caused for it to come back? How long are you suppose to wait after a yeast infection to have sex? Any suggestions would be great bc im sick of going back and forth to the gyno for this!!

question ladies...i took my diflucan pill on monday, but i wanted to know is a white discharge a side effect of the pill? i have taking diflucan multiple times before, but i never bothered those times to actually look and see what was going on down there. this time i did and it seems like a white discharge is coming out...someone told me that was the yeast mixing w/the medicine coming out. is that true?

Hello,
I have yeast infection on a regular since after using the nuvring as a for of birth control. If I was you I will tell your doctor to give you the two pills so the yeast infection will go completely away. Also I always wait at least a week after my yeast infection have gone away before I have sex. Not sure about you but the produces in the latex condom always cause my vagina to be irritated. I recommend that you all use sensitive condom.

Get the Diflucan medication.  I think the combination of the cream not really working for you and having sex so soon after is the cause of your flare-up.

Please refrain from sex until you sort this out.
