a second degree burn

does a second degree burn which resulted from a thermal face mask , a facial burn from the heat of the cream plus the chemicals in it, which caused a layer of skin to come off in cheek area, will skin grow back in the cheek area which will blend in with the rest of the skin and will the skin on that area return to normal and look like it had been before the burn happened.
