Don't want to scare you but my sister had appendicitis, the pain started off as random sperts but suddenly got worse as the appendix started to split, she was rushed into hospital and they performed an emergancy opp. Some cases heal themselves, others don't like my sister's. I would ask another doctor; if they send you home again, just watch for ANY changes and monitor your temperature, urine colour and strength of pain over the next 2-3 days.

I would most definitely get another opinion. My aunt had all kinds of pain, the docs said it was nothing, so she kept waiting, finally, it got so bad, she was sick to her stomach, could hardly walk, etc. We took her to the ER again, and this time they admitted her, they still said it was nothing, they told her it was cancer of some female part, geesh. Well, they transferred her to another hospital, praise the Lord, and they took her to the surgery right away, it turns out her appendix had ruptured and caused poison to circulate all over her body, she was blessed that it did not kill her, but she sure was sick and the surgeons had to do a lot of "repair" work on her which caused her stay in the hospital to be longer than most appendectomies.

So, not to scare you, but please get rechecked it could save you a lot of pain and prevent more serious consequence in the future.
