best medicine for swollen inside the nose

I just want to ask if you have an idea for this things its a swollen inside the left side of the nose and there is a liquid inside the skin when push it by your finger tip there is a liquid coming out and its color yellowish..
I’m  starting  to worry now because I cannot push the swollen inside my nose by my finger tip  not like before it's become bigger now. can you pleasa help me to cure this because this is long time ago I think it’s almost 9 -10 yrs now in my nose.. i hope somebody can give me a very good advice..

       This yellowish fluid occurs due to unfavorable conditions , but in case of a nose its effect is very complicated as u have seen the nose swell , the pain and liquid . The solution which i can offer is that u press (not too hard that it damages your nose causing some other abnormal effects)  the swollen part of your nose and let the liquid come out from the part it does , till you confirm that the liquid is decreasing and is no more . This may or will hurt a lot but should heal the nose completely and you may have to use some nasal Anti bacteria ointment or any nasal wound healing ointment .
