bleeding during sex

for the past week or so, after sex my boyfriend notices blood at the base of his penis. we've concluded that it is from me since i also notice a little spotting after going to the washroom. It seems that I bleed the most during sex but it stops right away, there is no bleeding later on that same day. It doesn't hurt in any way. I am also on birth control (tricylen lo) as well as a low dose of anti-depressants (celexa). My biggest fear is that this could be cancer. Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone had a similar experience to mine.

I wish I could help you with that but the same thing is happening to me. The last 3 times I had sex with my boyfriend I was bleeding, it's not a lot ... but there is blood on the base of his penis and I do spot after but I never bleed for the rest of the day. There is no pain in the sex, I'm on the pill (Alesse) and I have had all 3 of my gardasil shots. This is a new boyfriend, and my ex boyfriend I was with for 2 years I had 3 pap tests. The first one I was tested with chlamydia, then I got the medicine I needed so did my ex and the next two pap tests I was clean. I haven't had  one for my new boyfriend and I'm kind of nervous but I already set my appointment so I will hopefully see how I can help you or anyone else that reads this after that.
