blistering, and bad heallth

I'm 15 and for the past 5 to7 months I have had nothing but health problems, I have been losing weight fainting not eating right, I have had lumps on my buttox for the past 5 months, I found out that it was staff but I still have very hard itchy lumps, now I have blistered like things on my left foot, I have a big one on my second toe that is very big, and is spreading around my whole toe, I have another tiny 3 on my second last toe, when I pop them puss comes out but 5 minutes later it comes back twice as big, sometimes clear waterly like stuff comes out, I have seen a doctor, and he has givin me eye ointment for conjunctivitis, witch does not sound right to me, and since iv been using it, they have been getting VERY sore and very itchy, can someone please help me, it hurts a lot I end up crying.

It almost sounds like impetigo, ask about that.
