blood test

my blood work came back at wbc count at 2.7 can someone just have a low wbc or is it extremely uncommon

This is not uncommon, but should be investigated if it has been consistently low and 2.7 is low.

u r havin leucopenia... dnt get tensed if its been only once...but check up ur old records if u constantly hav low count,then u should consult a doc..

hi we have the same result of wbc..rbc and platelet are normal..my wbc also is 2.7..i was so paranoid...i was being hospitalized for having fever, sorethroat, colds and cough...my doctor said it is normal for wbc to count low after viral infection she wants me to repeat wbc but i missed it...pls help...
