bone island

i did an X-ray for chest and there was an incedantal findind of 5 mm sclerotic focus under the left humeral head and the glinoid and the report say that it may represent a bone island!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

should i warry about it?

Well, I'm no doctor... but my first thought is that it's a better news than being told it's tumor. ;+)
