bumb on my head

I have had on and off really bad headache for while....and again. It feels like there is so much pressure build inside my head and I wish it can go off like pressure cooker so i can have clear thoughts... I feel tired and everything feels like moving in slow motion sometimes... Today I notice this bump on my head, three inch away from my for forehead and when I gently press the bump, it gives the same pressure but this time I can feel like pressure going all the way down near my nose.... O I also have blurry vision hear and there, eye specialist didn't find anything wrong in my eye...

Help Please?

See a neurologist immediately! If its not trauma related (concussion) these may be the symptoms of a tumor. My friends brother went in because his vision was blurry and thought he needed new glasses they asked if he got bad headaches which he did, they did some tests and within 2 weeks they removed a dime size tumor from the base of his brain where it meets the brain stem.
