cat scratch disease

OK so, I posted a question a while ago about a very very swollen armpit gland that was about 2 inches wide. here's the link to my previous posting (includes picture for those who are curious):

It's been about 3 months now since my update posting, the swelling of the four lymph nodes went way down so there was no need for a biopsy (thank goodness!). Still worried that after 5 months of this sickness what not I'm still off and on every day having an average of 99.5-100.5 fever and the swelling has not fully gone down and is starting to hurt again and I am still pretty fatigued. Could I still have cat scratch disease? how long does the fever/lymph node last with that?

very very confused and I really don't want to be sick anymore. It is very draining....VERY hard to focus on school.
