cause of right ear pain,fluid and ringing

I have had this problem for several years but it is getting worse.My right ear has fluid,pain and ringing.It sometimes hurts behind the ear and face and scalp feels tight on right side,also affects right eye.Worse when barometric pressure is low. Also have headache but only on right side.Currently using ear drops;can't see where they have helped. Some days I feel great,no problems.What is my next step,Depression is starting to set in.Please help!

Know how you feel, are you taking any Meds as that can cause it also coming off the Meds, withdrawal can aswell. Could also be a sinus infection, may want to get it checked out.Hope you feel better soon, do some reasearch on the internet , put in Sinus Problem and see what happens.
