chest pain

hi,
in the last few mths ive done a few fun runs to rasie money the most ive run is 10k which is about 7miles but yersterday i done one and run 3.5mile but was finding breathing very very painfull after i had finished the run i had a panic attack this has never happened before the pain in my chest is still there n im feeling same pain around the back and under my left boob why is this???  what do i do??

Have you had a chest Xray? This could be numerous things such as a collapsed lung, pneumonia, enlarged heart, etc.  You should really consult your physician for something like this.  Never take chest pain lightly, you should have it checked out.

Hello~I would have this checked out as soon as possible, it may only be chest wall pain, but, it is always best to check any type of chest pain out to be on the safe side.
