What exactly are you taking these medications for? Hypertension? You can always search the internet for information on the medicines from a ligitamite site. But it also depends on which specific med you are taking...are these the exact med names listed on the medicine bottles?

(1) Losartan 25 mg: hypertension, 25-100mg daily
~Losartan can be found as: Losartan Potassium (Cozaar), Losartan Potassium/ Hydrochlorothiazaide (Hyzaar)
~This medicine is an ARB (ending in -sartan)

(2) Lisinopril/hctz 20/12.5: hypertension, 10/12.5-20/12.5mg daily.
~Lisinopril/hctz can be found as Prinzide, Zestoretic
~This drug is an ACE inhibitor (ending in -pril), since you are female if you start to get a "dry, hacking cough" make sure to let your doctor know. Its not possible that you will get this, only some patients get this symptom.

-Its Metoprolol, not Metroprolol 50 mg: 25-100mg daily
~This medicine is considered a Beta Blocker, hence the ending of "-olol"
~Can also be found as Metoprolol Succinate, Metoprolol Tartrate, Lopressor, Dutoprol, or Toprol XL

These drugs are part of a combination to regulate your high blood pressure, so they don't interfere with each other. They work together, were you on just one medicine before you got on all three of these? Make sure you take them at the same time every night. The possible reason your doctor wants you to take these at night is so that you won't experience what is called "orthostatic hypertension" where your blood pressure is what is considered normal for you while you are sitting/lying down and when you rise/stand up, you can pass out because your b/p drops suddenly. So take care not to hop out of bed quickly in the morning after you take these. And these drugs can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks before you start to see any effects from them. But remember, when you're in doubt about anything your doctor gives you...always ASK them to explain. He/She should have no problem answering you question, and nothing is wrong with asking. It's your health and the doctor expects you to have questions. So don't be afraid to ask about anything, even if it means calling the doctor after you've just had a visit with them. I hope I've helped you some :)
