I started to have symptons of the ordor in the anal cavity, I noticed I was bathing to much and noticed I had a little
scratchy lump in the area.  It seems to me mt PHD is off.  I beleive I have a little hemroid because when I wiped there was a little blood.  I am suggesting I pushed to hard and the perfumes from the baths are entering in.  I will update this morning after I see my doctor.  I beleive if we catch RIGHT AWAY something can be done.  I was always told avoid always pads for women and stay away from bathing, the perfumes are too strong and you can have a stand up shower with a portable shower head to spray your self.  Perfumes are not required.

I have also experienced anal odor for a few years. Sometimes I had what seemed like a discharge and most of the time, the anal area felt open. Yes I will admit that I have been the victim of much ridicule. Nevertheless I will tell you what changed my situation. First I must tell you that I prayed, alot! Then through several events, I was encouraged to do anal floor muscle exercises. These are exercises where you have to pull your anal mucle up and hold for so many seconds. Also I have to watch certain foods that I eat, the ones that can cause my bowels to over react such as milk and coffee. In the past, I had way too much IBS and constipation. I also take probiotics. With doing these things: praying, exercising, watching my food consumption and taking probiotics, I rarely have an occurance. When I say rarely, I mean that I can't remember the last time it happened. I started my regimen in February 2010 and once I noticed it not occuring, I haven't noticed it since. I have been reading several posting on this and tried many of the suggestions. They may have worked for other, but not for me. I guess you have to find out what your body needs. I believe that I have. I pray that you all will find relief. This is something that I wish on no one. But it also taught me a lot about people. There is an old saying "actions speaks louder than words". This is very true. Friends said that they understood and would be there for me. But in actuality, most left and some even joked me. So I understand what many of you have been going through. I hope what I did helps. However, I must stress that you pray first. It is my strongest belief that God will show you what is wrong so that you will stop doing somethings. Then I believe that if you are sincere, He will show you, your physician or someone how to address your problem. This is what happened to me. So be encouraged, you are not alone.
