okk... yes constipation is responsible for rectal bleeding.. are those sharp pains persistant or momentary? and is the pain near your naval? i'm not very sure but it could be ameobaisis .. it's nothing serious you can easily go for a medication from your doc.... about the heart burn it might be due to acidity.. don't worry consult a doc and u'll be fine...

How awful for you.  Constipation definately causes bleeding from the rectum and I suspect immense pain when trying to pass solids.  The stomach pains are most likely associated with the constipation as the waste is built up and possibly stuck in your intestines.  I would seek advice from your local chemist or drug store/pharmacy who would be able to recommend products to get you moving again.  As for the heartburn, it's the acids in your stomach which often "ride up the esophagus giving the burning pain.  There are ant-acid products widely available that your chemist could recommend for you but as always, it's better to be safe than sorry and see your doctor or a register Medical Practitioner for a check up.
