MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You need a detailed medical evaluation. A clinical examination and work up is extremely important for correct diagnosis and management. It is possible that you are having sinusitis, post nasal drip or some secondary bacterial infection which is causing symptoms of cold since such a long time. See an ENT specialist and get an ENT examination done. You will also need blood counts, chest x-ray and sputum examination. Decongestant drugs and antihistamine drugs may be helpful in such symptoms. Canker sore can be caused by vitamin B-12, zinc, folic acid, or iron deficiency. It is best to consult a healthcare professional. Treatment will depend on the diagnosis. Keep me posted.
‘Best luck and take care!
