dizzy tiered nausious

Lately I have not been feeling myself I've been getting sudden bouts of felling dizzy, tired, like I'm going to faint, headaches, slightly nauseous, my heart speeds up and I find it hard to breathe. My head feels funny like I'm not there if that makes any sense? Like its a dream or I'm in another place/world? I am slightly stressed but not enough to cause this? I drink plenty of water and have a decent diet. What could this be?

sounds like panic attacks.  you may not think things are affecting you when they happen but that's why your body reacts that way.  Stress is a killer..go to doc.  the can prescribe something that should take care of this.

Check for hyponatremia, it sounds like potential symptoms of hypoadrenalism. Do you crave sodium at all?

Possible allergy I get similar and have been like it several months now, I do have a low Vit D count, but the supplements make me worse, I have sinisitus and a dry cough .I think mine is allergies more than anything, they do a lot of aerial spaying in CA and I hear that may also be a cause .
