dizzy

why i feel dizzy all the time? i have already have a fully medical checked up at hospital and result is good.

You may be feeling dizzy because of not enough sleep, stress, too much exercise, or just not having enough water in your body. See wat all you have been doing the past few days and see if there was anything that might have effected one of those things I listed. Hope this helps!

Have you had ur allergies checked. I always felt dizzy and sometimes came with palputations. It turned out it was my allergies effecting my sinusus. It was constricting oxygen to my brain causing the dizzyness. By all other purposes I was healthy!

r u sure it's not an inner ear thing?  My doc gave me this exercise and it took my dizziness away.  Sit on the edge of your bed, then lean all the way to the right side, hold for 5 sec then back to middle for 5 sec, then lean to left for 5 sec, back to middle.  Repeat 5 times.  Sometimes people's little balls in the inner ear get too sticky and stick  together instead of being free to make our balance what it should be.  Worth a try anyway!  Do it once or twice a day for awhile.
