dont know if it is anxiety

i have a burning sensation on the upper part of my chest and sometimes i feel that it spreads. i have a history of anxiety and panic attack does anyone think its due to that?

Burning sensation? Is it in your thoracic region? Check your bp, and your sugar levels, as well as your cholesterol level. Been eating spicy food? If so it could nothing be but acid reflux, or possibly angina.

If it continues or has been chronic, I recommend you visit your GP.

Yeah, I understand what you mean. I have that problem, along with always feeling like I am going to choke, or die.. I know I just scare myself. But I always think that the doctor is wrong. So many people have told me I am okay. I know I am, but deep inside, it is scary. But yeah, you aren't the only one, and yes, you are okay.
The chest thing, when I breathe in it only happens. How about you?
