elevated AST and ALT levels

I started out with a high fever that has gone on for over 2 weeks, nausea, body aches, chills, waking up soaked at night and some headache.  Have done an ultrasound that found spleen is enlarged, waiting on results of liver and gallblader (gallbladder).  Blood tests have shown neutrophil level of  going down, its now at 11.  AST has gone up, now is at 201 and the ALT is at 238.  What would you say?
