Thank u Tracey I will try the vitamin C I do have a drs appt though in 2 weeks so we shall see where that goes. But on another note how is your thyroid problem? I have at times been on very high doses of synthroid 3 days a week 1200mcg and rest of the days 900mcg been going through this for 16 yrs and I am here to say I am really done dealing with it. not to mention perimenapausal also so gaining weight yet again. Any advice would be greatly appriciated.

Enlarged lymph gland is usually a sign of some kind of infection somewhere in your body. My gland on my left under jawline does swell on me even if i am just getting a cold.(has been happening for many many years to me) You should really try to see a Dr. about it..or load up on some Vitamin C.
I am hypothryoid also, but I don't think that has anything to do with they lymph gland swelling. I have shown my endo my gland at his office, and he said, maybe you are getting sick..drink lots of water, take some extra vitamin C.  it seems to work for me.
