feel faint and legs get heavy when bend over or walk up slightest hill

When I move from a squat to a stand or bend over at 45 degree angle, my legs get heavy and I feel faint.  The same happens walking up slight hill.  It seems to get worse daily. Have seen many specialists but diagnosis is fibromyalgia due to the fact that I am constantly in pain somewhere on my body.  I have no tenderness at any of the classic pressure points used to diagnose fibromyalgia.  Recent EMG's show no response in arms and legs.  EKG is normal.  Brain MRI normal.  Cervical and lumbar MRI's show insignificant cervical bulge and disk spur in C7.  When I look up skyward I feel dizzy.

I'm sceduled for Carpal Tunnel surgery for both arms but the numbness and tingling in my toes and feet can't be Carpal Tunnel and my Neurologist and Rheumatologist say it's Fibromyalgia.  I am taking Lyrica.
