feeling hot,poor concentration

I have been experiencing tummy problem for weeks now. Some nights I get up because I feel this sensation that is very hard to explain. That feeling being shocked or something that your body feels weak and shaken from within.Thereafter,my body feels so hot though no fever at all. Also, my tummy keeps making noise and I have notice its bigger than it used to be.
I have noticed that I also have less concentration. As I mentioned here last time I also have a dark yellow urine, itchy palm and feet but just 4 weeks ago my HCV test is negative and Liver and kidney function test is normal so as complete blood count.

My daughter is complaining the same to me and I noticed her belly is bigger  than usual just like mine.  She becomes very clumpsy and distracted. She also get a little bit yellow skin around her eyes and mouth. My question are:
1. Do u think this could be a hepatitis C cAse as we do have a HCV case at workplace.
2. Are there any test that I can request to my doctor to get done as well as with my daughter, and what are these?
3. With Hepatitis C, what are your symptoms  aside from nausea,dark urine,fatigue etc that normally is written on the websites that  we read. Do you feel hot or burning sensation in your body as well?
4. As I work in a care facility, I noticed that my workmates has big bellies regardless of they are fat or not. I know that they have dark urine as well and i am very certain that they feel exactly the that I do? what do u think this could be?
Please help, I would really appreciate your answers and comments as it will help me to talk to my doctor and get the right tests done.

Ask your GP if you need de-worming. Worms can cause liver problems resulting in body temperature fluctuations. under such situation all tests will be negative. I would also like to know if you are experiencing strange/ foul smelling stool since the start of this problem, because often when you got worms in your digestive system you pass them in your stool, and this changes complexion as well as smell of it.

It sounds like a form of hepatitis, I would ask for another series of blood tests and also some other tests for the liver/gall bladder.

I would also see an internist instead of a regular GP,they go deeper into the issues.
