She should probably notify her physician about this.  Is she vomiting bile after eating certain foods?

Any other symptoms?

I had my gallbladder removed about two years ago. I threw up bile for several months afterwards but then it did get better. Another thing that I went through is having to use the restroom immediately after I ate. It took about a year and a half for me to be comfortable eating anything without a restroom nearby. Tell her to try and stay completely away from greasy food for a while and then ease in a little bit at a time. That helped me. :) Good Luck!
