it sounds like its too strong for you. dilute your alcohol. maybe a spirit drink with a lot of mixer and ice. glass of water between. eat before you have a drink. sparkling wine.e.g.cava isn't as strong it seems a shame not to be able to enjoy the odd glass. hope this helps

alcohol is not good for health and i think u r not habitual taking alcohol.dont take it anymore..it can harmful for your health.
When you drink our bodies dyhadrates which can cause headaches,also the drink you are drinking may cause the headaches i know years ago if i drank a glass of wine i would get a horrible headache.
